Gatineau restaurant Olive and Company approached Big Fat Media to create a website that would showcase their restaurant's richly designed interior, featuring vibrant greens and dark maroon accents . The website also includes a streamlined mobile version which allows visitors to make reservations and view menu specials on their smart phone or mobile device.
As the world's largest publicly-traded greeting card company, American Greetings Inc. approached Big Fat Media to develop a range of online animated cards. Working closely with producers and copywriters, Big Fat Media storyboarded, designed and animated greeting cards which appeared in online product lines such as Blue Mountain and Hallmark.
I designed these ultra thick 4 ply cotton business cards that feature a white Pearl foil and Grey ink deep impression on the front for an ultra minimalist look, and a light Grey light impression on the back, featuring contact info and a QR code pointing to the bigfatmedia website. The Pearl foil appears and disappears depending on the angle of view.
Developed to showcase our animation capabilities, the original Big Fat Media website featured a completely interactive menu and a fully animated twenty-second Flash intro . Big Fat Media’s experienced art department continues to offer services in 3D modeling as well as both traditional and Flash-based animation.
When video game developer Buzzcut Entertainment wanted an interactive website, Big Fat Media stepped up to the challenge. The result is a website that not only showcases Buzzcut’s quirky high-tech vibe, but offers a unique media experience for online vistors.
Urban Ridge wanted a clean minimalist style website to showcase their custom homes and other projects. After consulting with the client we came up with this simple yet eye catching design.
As one of the National Capital Region’s premiere restaurant and bars, La Station wanted more than just a website. Big Fat Media set about creating a site that could also be viewed on mobile smart phones in addition to featuring a secure and easy-to-use back end system that allows managers to post jobs, develop time sheets, train new employees and monitor efficiency.
